Since we wish to ensure client satisfaction, we at Clarx guarantee the quality of our products.
Every item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty; for particular information, please contact the manufacturer.
What happens if my item is broken?
When your item(s) come, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage. If any of your items come damaged, please email support@clarxpower.com with pictures within 24h, and we will replace or refund your order right away (typically within one business day).
