How can I deal with a damaged product?

When your item(s) come, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. If you suspect damage but are unable to open the box during delivery, note your suspicions on the delivery receipt and put "suspect damage" down.

Please email images of any damaged items to support@clarxpower.com, and we will handle processing a replacement or reimbursement if your item(s) do come damaged.

What is the process for placing an order?
