Utilizing advanced technology, the Samlex EVO™ series integrates a 3000 Watt Pure Sine inverter, a 130 Amp 4 stage Battery Charger, and a 70 Amp Transfer Relay into a single unit for reliable AC power. With 9 points of physical protection monitoring, operating at 165 million instructions per second, and being scanned up to 10,000 times per second, it can detect and protect itself in adverse environments. Perfect for boats, RVs, cabins, and alternative energy applications. EVO-3012 has a 12 VDC input, 120 VAC output, and 50/60 Hz frequency.

The EVO-RC remote control is sold separately.

AC Inputs

Two AC inputs for grid (priority #1) and generator (priority #2) can be simultaneously connected without the need for reconfiguration when different power sources are available. Each input can be programmed for voltage and frequency, allowing the user to set minimum and maximum thresholds to switch from grid or generator to inverter. Additionally, the generator can be started using a "Status Relay" contact and can be programmed to activate in the event of a grid outage.

Solar Input

Integrate your solar charging directly into the EVO's power system by connecting a solar charge controller to the EVOTM's Battery Charger external DC Input. Use ONLINE Mode to prioritize Batteries/Inverter over the grid, making it ideal for those who primarily rely on solar power (even when the grid is available, but costly).

Battery Charger

This product features 3 or 4 stage charging with manual initiation for Equalization. During Bulk charging, an adaptive algorithm is utilized to assess the battery's condition. The following stages are then determined by the battery's condition rather than predetermined time periods for Absorption and Float. This prevents overcharging and extends the lifespan of batteries. Additionally, the charging thresholds for battery voltage can be programmed for individual control.

Transfer Switch

Instantly transfer from inverter to grid with zero downtime. The inverter synchronizes with the wave form and transfers seamlessly at the zero crossing point when the grid is activated. When switching from grid to inverter, the transfer takes less than 16ms and is perfectly timed to the wave form.

Surge Capacity (Power Boost)

The EVOTM offers 3 times the surge power capacity and generous power overload allowances for extended durations. Its higher inverter capacity allows for a smaller and more cost-effective size while handling heavy surge loads.

State-of-the-Art Technology

The EVOTM functions at a rapid pace, executing 165 million instructions per second and ensuring quick load and response times. With its "Bullet-Proof Intelligence," this inverter/charger has 9 physical points of protection and constantly monitors for adverse conditions up to 10,000 times per second. In the event of a fault, the EVOTM will immediately shut down to prevent any damage.

For detailed performance data, the EVO-RC remote control (sold separately) captures all detected faults and their leading conditions using a removable 32GB SD Card. Utilize this data to analyze trends and optimize system resources for better efficiency. Equipped with five temperature sensors, this unit operates two smart cooling fans only when necessary, reducing noise and energy consumption.
