The PST-1500-12 from Samlex America is a highly efficient DC-AC inverter that can convert 12 Volts DC to 1500 Watts of pure sine-wave AC power at 120 Volts, 60 Hz. This advanced inverter features overload protection and a low idle power draw, as well as a low battery alarm and shut down for added safety.

The front panel includes a NEMA-20R GFCI duplex outlet for easy access to AC power, and the unit is also capable of being hard wired. It is safety certified to UL and CSA standards and is FCC compliant. For added convenience, this inverter is available in 24V, 48V, and non-remote models, and a remote control (sold separately) is also available (Model RC-300).

This inverter features high efficiency and a temperature controlled cooling fan that can be hard wired for easy installation. It also boasts low interference and a wide operating DC input range of 10.7-16.5 VDC, making it suitable for heavy duty loads, continuous operation, and emergency backup.

Additionally, the UPC (Universal Protection Circuit) provides protection from low voltage, over voltage, over temperature, over load, and short circuit. With a low idle power draw and dual GFCI protected AC outlets, this inverter is designed with commercial grade standards in mind. It also offers the option for a remote control (sold separately) and can be safety certified to UL standards and FCC compliant. Use the Remote Input function to turn the inverter on or off with your ignition start or any other remote switch.

This inverter operates on 12 VDC and outputs 120 VAC, with a power capacity of 1500 watts and a surge capacity of 3000 watts. A remote control (RC-300) can be purchased separately. It weighs 15.6 lbs (7.1 kg) and has dimensions of 10.35 x 18.43 x 4.16 in (263 x 468.2 x 105.6 mm). This product has been safety tested and certified by ETL to meet UL standards.
